Who publishes this website, who is responsible for it, and the terms on which you may use it.

DECTIFY has no incorporated entity in Australia. Australian customers contract with DECTIFY Technologies Private Limited in India. Where an Australian Business Number or Australian Company Number is later obtained, it will be published here.

2. Responsibility for content

DECTIFY Technologies Private Limited is responsible for the content of this website. Editorial responsibility rests with [named officer], contactable at legal@dectify.in.

Statutory officers required under Indian law — the Grievance Officer under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Data Protection Officer contact under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — are named at Grievance Redressal.

3. Terms of use for this website

3.1 Acceptance. By accessing this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. These terms govern the website only; use of the DECTIFY Platform is governed by the Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Permitted use. You may view, download and print material from this site for your own internal reference. You may not republish, sell, sub-licence, systematically extract, scrape, or use the site's content to train a machine learning model, without our prior written consent.

3.3 Prohibited conduct. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system, probe or scan for vulnerabilities other than as permitted by our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, introduce malicious code, impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or use the site in breach of any law.

3.4 Accounts. Where the site offers an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity conducted under them. Notify us immediately at security@dectify.in if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

3.5 Submissions. Material you submit through a contact, careers or demo-request form is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information through these forms. Unsolicited ideas, proposals or product suggestions are received on a non-confidential basis and DECTIFY may use them without obligation or compensation.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, photographs, video, interface design, code, and the arrangement of them — is owned by DECTIFY or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) (Australia) and equivalent laws elsewhere. Marks and permitted referential use are dealt with at Intellectual Property and Trademark Notice.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, write to legal@dectify.in with: identification of the work, identification of the material and its location on the site, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act. We will investigate and remove or disable access to infringing material where the complaint is substantiated. The procedure and timelines under rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 apply.

8. Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, save that a user in Australia may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence where a non-excludable law gives them that right.
